Well my advice is, just remember what you're getting yourself into here.
There are going to be days you won't want to stretch anymore or put it off until later. There will be days your friend or someone will buy you a caffeine filled energy drink and you'll except because of all the effort they put into buying it for you. There will be times where in your mind you'll try to justify doing something like... sleeping with a pillow, or... not eating the right foods. There will be times you won't want to stretch because someone else is in the room and you don't want then to see you stretch.
So, just remember your goals and find your reasons for wanting to grow, and keep them and don't ever compromise them.
And not thinking of it as a chore helps. You're the one who wants to do this, no one is making you. If you don't want to, you don't have to.
But, also, remember that it's only a couple months of this, and then you'll be happy the rest of the time. It's like, two months or hard work, for a lifetime of happiness(sorry for sounding base or creepy, but it was the only way it could have been said.).

Thanks for the words there! Well, its been ten days since I've started this routine and I plan to do this well past the summer.( As long as its effective). I've already got a couple of my friends into running the blocks with me so its all good. Been able to wake up 8:00 in the morning every day now. I certainly hope I can keep this up like you said

Determination, dedication, and faith.
I've slacked off on my routine, myself. Like today I got all 4 wisdom teeth out and couldn't run or anything today because I hurt so much so I just did my yoga and back stretches and too my multi vitamin. But once I'm better, I'll stick right back to it.
Point is: There will be days you can't or won't feel like, doing all you say you plan to. If this happens, find at least ONE part of it you can do without harming yourself or that you have time for.

Its been 4 days now, not a significant result but I grew half a cm (1/5 of an inch). Been sticking to the running and stretching for 5 days in a row. Just extended myself to 500 ml of milk today.

But are you sure u do it consistently for 2 mths sure got improvement in growth? I have tried all sorts of methods but no significant improvement.

Good luck man! A half centimeter is a very good start!
Is sleeping with a pillow a bad idea btw?

Some say it might help your spine grow, but I can't sleep without a pillow. I would risk one cm of height than being uncomfortable for years

You are terrible at spelling.
I don't know for a fact, it's just what I read. And it makes sense... if you can grow from exercises, the growth would come in a while.
I've yet to see ANYONE on this forum, that said they were going to do stretches, and then grew. Which is very dismotivating.
