All Exercises for Height

I wish to summarise, personally for myself, but also for others who might be curious or wondering, all the different exercises (and some other stuff) that can make you grow taller. There are many that can help you grow but I'm only going to write down the ones that are most beneficial. Not including sport.

Please help me to fill out all the exercises, if I have missed some.

[-] Stretches
[-] Biking (seat raised or not, since they produce HGH)
[-] Running/sprinting (produces HGH)
[-] Hanging
[-] Jumping
[-] Skipping
[-] Inversion
[-] Hypnosis (proven to WORK!)
[-] Ankle Weight Technique (theory of how it works not exactly known, but there has definitely been many successful people. not only on easyheight but on other forums. not sure about this forum)
[-] Rolfing (dunno what it is)
[-] Alexander Technique (dunno what it is)
[-] Pilates (another form of stretching?)
[-] Posture
[-] Chin ups/pull ups
[-] Weight lifting (increases HGH)
[-] Kicking
[-] Other activities that increases HGH i guess

Others:
[-] 5 small high-protein meals a day (25g of protein in each meal)
[-] 3-4 glasses of milk a day
[-] supplements
[-] sleep 8-10 hours

RE: All Exercises for Height

You missed out swimming. I heard that swimming makes a person grow. i'm not sure why but i think in order to swim well, one must keep good posture. this is the reason why i've been on a swim team for three years now- in effort to grow taller. no sucess however. i think i have just pasted my pubery stage. i'm 15 and a early bloomer. :[

anyways yes pull ups do help you grow taller. i've read that in a number of sources. good luck to us all!

RE: All Exercises for Height

My mum is like frackain 155. My dad is like 165cm Sad

REALLY SHORT TOOOOO :C

R u serious....

So u mean they really do fuse that early!!!

My doctor said I couldn't grow and I was thinking yeahhh righttt.

But now maybe I have to start believing in them.

Hey u ever had any experience in school whereby you see this short person, he suddenly starts exercising like non stop and he grows like crazy. I have like noticed about 4... SO I think exercising is really beneficial yo.

RE: All Exercises for Height
