what so hang on you're arms for like 5 mins?
I can't be there for 5 min.
My hands really hurts after a few seconds
I'm trying to do these at least for 30 secs. every morning right after I wake up and spend a little time in the sun, in order it to help me absorve better the Vitamin D.
I have some cousing who are really tall, they're like all above 6'2", 6'3"
Both their parents are short, the mom said since they were younger she used to make them sleep without pillows and jumping/streching exercises every morning, My mom should have done so with me 
Anyway, It seem to have worked for all them 3.
