Since the golden ratio says that ur arms are porportionate to ur legs is it possibe that u can stretch ur arms and ur legs will grow to compensate. Since arm stretchin is common in baseball pitchers, Is it reasonable to suggest that stretchin both arms equally will result in ur legs growing to??????

Well any type of stretching should increase height..

I'm trying to do these at least for 30 secs. every morning right after I wake up and spend a little time in the sun, in order it to help me absorve better the Vitamin D.

I have some cousing who are really tall, they're like all above 6'2", 6'3"
Both their parents are short, the mom said since they were younger she used to make them sleep without pillows and jumping/streching exercises every morning, My mom should have done so with me

Wow, if all our mums did this to us when we were young. We will never be in this situation. Unless were complete midgets.

My mum never encouraged me to do stretches or anything like that when I was younger so im not sure how I ended up 6'2 although I was encouraged to stretch and excersise at school.

You should take a break for 1-2mins and then redo. If you try to do more, your muscle will be broken
