and yes soyew, there still might be hope in achieving your 5'8 goal at 18...never give up, i sure didnt give up hope....remember to stretch, drinking 2 glasses of milk in the morning, 1 right before you sleep, because milk incduces sleep....stay active, take a multivitamin, and get 9-10 hrs of sleep...
