I have been a huge computer nerd and I have had so bad posture I think there are some inches hidden beneith the bad posture what u think?
Height: 180 cm 5'11 Mothers height 166cm 5'5 Fathers height 190 cm 6.3 Height im going for 6.2 (188cm) Dream height : 190 cm ( 6.3 )' Can I make it?, any suggestions to exersices / hypnosis? Age: 15 |

Im kind of new here, i've read that the height achieved from stretching is temporary...Has anyone been here made gains off of stretching, and if so have they been able to cement the gains? Also if stretching gives temporary height only, than does anyone have any recommendations on how to achieve permanent height increase? any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you

I think you have to do stretching and taking Glucosamine for at least few months to make ur new height become permanent
