If u read his post it says to listen to it in order once a day, or u could listen to 1 track for a week and go to the second, then after that just work on areas that u need help with.

So I'm going to try this and am a bit skeptical on it. But my question is this: To anyone who has tried hypnosis, does it work? How long before you saw results?
