If u read his post it says to listen to it in order once a day, or u could listen to 1 track for a week and go to the second, then after that just work on areas that u need help with.

Hi there! I've been trying to download the files. But there is a message : "Sorry, the free service is at full capacity." Even if I wait, but I can't fix the problem. Can somebody upload it to rapidshare.com ? At least they give us " happy hours " and we won't have much problem.
