Actually there has been some massive experiments and results in the world of science ( Read the book: Biology of Belief) suggesting that we actually control the cells in our body with our mind. That our actual DNA changes with our thoughts. Hypnosis works by going into trance and sending messages to our cells. There have been studies done at Stanford and UCLA about increasing breast size by creating more cells and more blood flow in the breast area. Hypnosis for growth might be hard because your trying to grow the bones and the muscles, but it certainly is a real possibility. I was just wondering why you would make a claim that hypnosis doesn't work for controlling the body without any evidence to back it up? I'm not attacking, just wondering.

I just have one doubt; Does that work at any age??
I'm 20 years old, 5'11
Does anyone think is possible to grow more than 2 inches well proportioned or 5 inches?

i tried to listen more then a minute and i freak out

I always get weird thoughts when I try to settle for hypnosis, Since then, I convinced myself to stick with exercise instead.

does anyone of you had any good experience with hypnosis?
Have any of you experienced sucess as getting taller, with hypnosis?
Because Im Wondering what is really the power involving? for example, can you really grow (not just fixing your posture or something like that, can you grow proportionally). I don't know I just want know more about hypnosis and mind power I guess.
Any sugestion of books please?
