Hypnosis really helps??? I mean - physically!

Hypnosis will work but you need to believe what you are being told. If you doubt you are standing in the way of the process.

I researched this subject and can confirm that HYPNOSIS DOESNT WORK FOR PHYSICAL ASPECTS. You can not grow taller or shorter with help of hypnosis. You also can not lose weight with hypnosis. You can, however, improve your confidence, charisma and stuff like that.

However, it has been proven that mentally you can physically effect your body. Not much, but your mind is indeed a powerful thing.

For instance, last Friday in my acting class we did sensory recall... basically laid down in a dark performance space and were told like, we're outside on a sunny August day and it's 115 degrees... and a lot of us, myself included, suddenly felt very warm the more he allowed our mind to wander with the idea.

Please, show me where it has been proven.

Dude please upload the audio files just once again,iam soubhik aged 17 standing at around 5'3",desperately need them,i took the first two of the files and belive it or not within two sittings i gained 1/2 inches,imean after years and years of hard work but no sufficient result,icame across this which i think is perfectly suited for me as i feel iam blessed to perform such energizing experiences .........as i recieve the realization part much prior to any of the practicers,THE SKY IS THE LIMIT at this point of time for me,once a broken soul who found no reason to live is starting to dream once again to become what he wanted,to become what he visualized deep inside the subconcious memory one day,and on the eve of such an achievement i thank you,and request you to help me by once again uploading the files as they have crossed the period of stay at sendspace,this can be fixed just by reuploading the files once again...........
