Excercise and HGH
Here is a good article on excercise and HGH. Should clear up a lot of questions that people have about how hard they need to excercise to produce HGH.

It's reducing the estrogen level that is vital

Nice article there. Surprising theyve got so many of the facts right. Usually articles on HGH are tainted with misinformation and superstitious shit.

Ultimately exercise as hard as you can (especially weight bearing) and keep serum FFA levels as low as you can (eat low glycemic complex carbs verse high whenever carbs are needed).

HGH can't get post the growth plates though. You can send all the signals you want but if the growth plates are fused... Microfractures are the way to go.
