Working out makes your penis smaller? What a fucking idiot. Working out only hurts your growth if you do HEAVY Squats or Military Presses,...basically anything thats directly loading your spine...so anything over head or resting on your shoulders.
Try squats with dumbbells hanging at your sides. Do deadlifts as this works the entire lower body and lower back which can cause the cartilage to thicken. Strretch your back out after every work out session, get good food in you, and get more than 8 hours of sleep a night. I have a problem getting sleep during the school year, which is why Ive always exclusively grown during the summer. Also...swim. It's good for you and may stretch out your body a little. Worse case scenario, you get in better shape and get some GH.
Oh and look at football players. 98% of them started playing when they were little. We all know coaches make football players work out . So lets say they started in 9th grade. That's when most guys are hitting puberty....look at how tall and big football players are...The majority are 5'11 or more and fucking ripped.
Please don't listen to random advice throw around on here. Working out won't hurt you in any way unless you get an inflated ego and try to do too much, or you completely and utterly butcher the technique.

his routine does seem to work, i might try it. But how the hell do you have time to do this if your are exelling in academics? 2 inches in four months, thats really good, so it probabbly does work.
I thought HEIGHTFX got booed off this site, he's still here?

no offense, but you as well are a fucking idiot.
weights dont stunt growth period, military press wont stunt you at all because the weight is on your arms and shoulders.
Wtf is a MAN THING?
The only thing i don't do right now is Squats because people say it stunts growth and some people say it doesn't stunt growth. I'll stick to DL.
Btw, bone growth is done by medium-heavy weights, not 5 pound dumbbells repped 50 times.
Build mass, get big. And hey, you'll look tall.
Age: 16
Height: 5'3
Goal: 5'5
Dream: 5'8- 6'
Moms Height: 5'1
Dads Height: 5'4
