Awesome, I can see the difference of my height from Jan to Now. IT is amazing.
Starting Height: 5'5 7/8 (Jan 2008)
Current Height: 5'8 1/16 (November 11, 2008)
Goal Height: 5'10 (70 in)
Dream Height: 6'0 (72 in)

starting height: 164cm (october 3 2008)
goal: 5'7+
dream:5'9 (who knows)
deadline: when i turn 19, if still nothing i give up

doing weights is boring, why you want a big body anyway?...being slim is good and just normal
