Height Increase, Possibilty for me?
I turned 16 two months ago and I grew an inch...., i want to be 5'10 atleast is this still possible? In my sig you can see my parents height..
Height : 5'7
Dads Height : 5'5
Moms Height : 5'3
Height Goal : 5'11
Dream Height : 6'3
Age : 16

I was cursed with short parents and I've done pretty well so far, so why not?
Age: 17
Morning height: 5'11"
Evening height: 5'10.25"
Goal height: 6'1"
Mom's height: 5'4"
Dad's height: 5'6"

I think it is possible. I know of some people who totally own their parents with their height differences. You could be one of them. 
As you can see, I have fairly short parents who simply cannot be bothered with height and they brought that thinking into my generation, but just look at my goal, I don't think I have much of an easier time than you do.

my parents are 170 cm and 163-5cm(?)

Just believe in yourself and don't slack off. Before using my vitamins and streching my height was 5'9" and now after a few weeks I'm now 5'10" 1/2 and still growing. I'm 16 years old to, male.

Do your stretches stay?
Did you use these stretches? http://www.walktallshoes.com/grow-taller-exercises.html if so how many reps?
I do only 5 exercises from there.
The Bridge : 5 times of 6 seconds each.
Cobra : 5 times of 15 seconds each.
Hands on the head bow down : 10 times of 8 seconds each.
Touch toes : 10 times of 5 seconds each.
The Downhill : 10 times of 6 seconds each.
Good enough ? Or do I have to increase the intensity of it ?
