weight lifting is not increase your height growth. but your muscle growth, your metabolisms, but not height. For sure

Trust me ,no..
You increase your height through puberty.
After growth stop, you will not gain any inch by lifting weight.
weight lifting and increase your height is very unrelated.
wrong if you say increase your height.
Yes, it strengthen the bones, and gives you health. but not increase your height.
Correct me if I am wrong. You maybe can ask fitness pro in your country.
Maybe for you yes, cause you are 14. What about people 28 yo??? Think about it.

Your entire post has absolutely no base for its criticism. Willhu said nothing of it helping growth after puberty. He simply stated it helps growth. The majority of people here should know by now that growing will only occur during puberty and chances of height increase after puberty is unlikely. Therefore, he had no need to even mention that it would only help during puberty.
