arginine is uselss when taken orally.

the only studies that showed any worthwhile rise after arginine administration administered the arginine through an INJECTION. those same studies then used it orally, and got next to no effect.

also, your talking about AMINO ACIDS. You get LOTS of glutamine, arginine, and every other amino acid already if your eating a proper diet. Supplementing extra amino acids when your already getting enough, doesnt do anything.

go look at how many amino acids are in a serving of a protein shake, and look at how much cheaper than protein shake is.



And yes galantamine is used for alzheimers. It also increases growth hormone. Its an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor which increases acetylcholine levels and acetycholine inhibits somatostatin and somatostatin is an inhibitor of growth hormone therefore acetycholinesterase inhibitors increase growth hormone levels via indirect inhibition of somatostatin.

Furthermore acetylcholinesterase inhibitors such as Galantamine also increase Ghrelin seceretion, Ghrelin is a very powerful growth hormone secretagogue released by the stomach naturally in response to fasting/starvation.

lol I dont see where it PROVES that "research" shows that. Alls it says is what the company profiting from the sale of the product is telling you. They dont use a reference number for the study or studies that prove the claim they are making.... they just expect you to outright believe them and buy their product, which apparently you do believe them despite them showing you no proof....

based on that, I guess you also believe all those height growth scam products that say they will give you a 3" increase in height in 1 month, because they dont show any proof to back up the statement, and neither does the glutamine website you linked to!!

Hmm so a powerful growth hormone released because of fasting? Maybe that's why I always grew at my cousins in the summer. I was always doing something I never even thought to eat.

Might have to start fasting for a couple days in a row.

Galantimine - it stimulates the nicotinic receptors in the brain. Does this mean that we could actually get addicted to galantimine if we kept using it?

Ghrellin - yes it stimulates hgh, and it's released during a fast. now during a fast our body is trying to keep all the protein it can, while using up all of the body's other stores of nutrients. the hgh normally released will try to keep our muscles while at the same time, I'll help to shed fat. but here's the logical problem. if it is released during a fast then what else happens during a fast. in a fasted state I doubt that we will grow at all, most likely because of the lack of nutrients but still, is there any chance that too much ghrellin in our system could stop our growth? I'd imagine that ghrellin does much more than just release hgh. could it signal our body's to shut down anabolism?

there's one other thing I wanted to ask people's opinions on. if we try to stimulate ghrellin, then is it possible that our bodys will become tolerant to ghrellin? there's always the possibility of tolerance to any secretagogue, or inhibitation right?

Speaking out tolerance. heightfx, could our body's build a tolerance to your product?

Maybe if you can trick your body into thinking it is starved it would work when you have nutrients. There are other ways of getting nutrients into the body other than eating.

Nah dude because I grew at my cousins house where I barely ate anything for 3 days straight. not purposely, but because i just didnt even think about it. i was always doing something. o if you fast for a couple days and then give your body all the nutrients it needs after those two days, im thinking the hgh will still be being secreted and then itll work with the nutrients.
