I drove her crazy to the point where she started avoiding me lol I kept on asking same question over and over lol and drove her nutz. She never told me her exact routine all i kknow is that it consisted of hanging ( lots of it especially before bed), stretching , jumping and most importantly she said she followed a good diet , lots of cottage cheese , avoiding sugar as much as possible and one thing that took me a long time to digest she said she would ahve her last meal by 6 pm but its pointless for me to say coz i know most of u are not gonna follow that because its just so damn hard . and yeah I havent spoken to her for at least a year but one thing id never forget was when she said " the happiest day of my life was when i proved my bf wrong and I grew those damn inches" she said how happy she was when she finally grew and went shopping for new jeans and she's the only reason why im still in this whole height increase stuff she made me a believer . Just make up ur own routine which consists of all the things that she's been doing and follow it for a year and see it 4 urself no ifs or buts just do it

Cottage cheese is slow digesting protein, perfect for a bedtime snack (it gives you a good 16gs of caesin). You can also have milk or plain yoghurt, or blend all three together.

she said she was taking growth flex for a while and I was like u must be kidding me because I myself tried it and didnt grow even 1 mm and at almost gave up on her. she said she took it for a month but then found a product that contained the same ratio of arginine and ornithine as growth flex but for only like $15 and was taking it ever since. ( she bought it from swanson vitamins I looked it up they no longer sell it but it was 2:1 ratio of those two amino acids so u cant buy the same exact product she took but u can find a similar formulation) . If u drink protein shakes u should be getting plenty of amino acids no need for additional stuff . I dont think she grew from from taking amino acids not at all its her routine that helped her grow. I feel so sad that I cant exercise coz I recently fractured my leg in a car accident so I have to wait. i just remembered that she once told me that jump roping was a big part of her routine aside from hanging just thought Id mention it. I tried emailing her several times but she didnt respond well its quite understandable she in med school now . |

Kahsu u might wanna stay from heavy training its really not worth getting another injury.
I have no idea how active she was before she started her journey it never really mattered to me. If I were u Id focus on hanging and biking if u had a knee injury the last thing u wanna be doing is running and jumping around I seriously do not recommend any form of heavy impact exercise ur legs r precious . biking is gonna help u produce gh hormone and plus its low impact so u might wanna consider that for a while . |

Would you recommend adjusting the bike such that it becomes very heavy to pedal? or should I just stick with light weight pedalling? Was wondering what scientific basis cycling has on producing GH and which type woudl be more effective. One thing about biking though, it seemed as if I couldn't breath deeply on my chest as I increase the intensity, it as if my legs can cope with the intensity and the frequency of rapid cycling but my upper body is not responding accordingly. |
