okay ive had a little success in the past 2 weeks. I've grown .5 inches in just the past 2 weeks, and i haven't even really started my routine yet. Just some simple exersises every once and a while, and I also swam like 2 hours a day for the past week when i was on vacation. btw im also starting my full routine tomorrow.

Goal for the summer: 5'8"
Ultimate goal: 5'10"

congrat.
you say 2 inches but in your signature it is from 5.4."5 to 5.5"5. Is this a mistake or are you 5.6.5 now?

well when i got my physical on my 16th birthday the doctor measured only 5'3.5". I grew about an inch about a month and a half later, which is when i decided to start a little routine. After i started my little routine, which was pretty much just stretching, swimming and eating a little healthier, I grew another inch.

What kind of weights do you do dude? heavy-medium?

For weights I don't really push myself too much I just do more reps than most people do, but I'm really not sure which is more effective. I think the way I do it is better because the protein goes toward height and not muscles, but I'm not sure if that's true.

n also i never measured my legs and my spine seperately. im guessing 50 50 because my growth plates arent closed yet.

Then after that I will go do some weight lifting for about 1-2 hours

After im done weight lifting I'll run about 2 miles as fast as i can.

It would probably be around 9 then so I'll relax til about 10.

Then I will go hang from a bar a few times about 30 seconds each time, and I'll try to do as many pull-ups as I can.

It's probably about 10:30 after im done doing that so I'll do my stretches from here again http://gettallerforfree.googlepages.com/main.html

Then I go to bed =)
with no pillow at about 11 so I'll get 10-11 hours if i can


So tell me what you guys think about it, and maybe tell me if you think i can reach my goal within these 3 or 4 months =)

Please help me out if im doing something wrong that i shouldn't, thanks =P

Oh and some days, when my mom gets off work, I will go bike ride with her for about an hour or 2 after lunch.

...okay update: im now 5'5.5 i've grown 2 inches in 2 months is that good? and that's not from this routine, because most of that time was during school. I've auctually started this a little bit since last sunday and have already grown .5 inches. =)

I'm 5'9 and I want to be 6 foot at least so I started the exercises from that site almost a week ago and already gained half an inch even tho I never drank any milk. The gettallerforfree site is the best site out there its really helpful. Anyways good luck and I hope u reach your goal my friend Smile

yeah milk helps a lot because of calcium and it also has some protein in it. I like to mix my supplement with my milk (even though it tastes like crap).
and I'm 5'6" now Smile
