Okay, so I just turned 16 april 6th. I'm a guy and summer is coming up soon, and I have nothing to do so I'm going to try and grow a few inches this summer, but I might get a job to save for a car, but idk about that yet. neways my goal for this summer is to be at least 5'7"-5'8". My ultimate goal for this summer would be to grow to 5'10" but i think that may be to much for me to look foward to. Here's my schedule.
9-10 - wake up and do stretches from this site

For breakfast I'll make myself 3 or 4 eggs or if im hurrying for some reason ill have a bowl of total and a protein drink with milk and a multi vitaman.
After that I'll go swimming for 2-3 hours doing breaststrokes and just relaxing in my pool.
Then it will probably be like lunch time so I'll make myself 2 peanut butter sandwiches and a bowl of soup (probably chicken noodle) and also a protein drink with milk.
Then I'll probably just relax til about 5-6 (dunno what to do until then)
After im done relaxing ill eat my dinner (whatever mom makes) with my protein drink with milk.
Then after that I will go do some weight lifting for about 1-2 hours
After im done weight lifting I'll run about 2 miles as fast as i can.
It would probably be around 9 then so I'll relax til about 10.
Then I will go hang from a bar a few times about 30 seconds each time, and I'll try to do as many pull-ups as I can.
It's probably about 10:30 after im done doing that so I'll do my stretches from here again

Then I go to bed =)
with no pillow at about 11 so I'll get 10-11 hours if i can
So tell me what you guys think about it, and maybe tell me if you think i can reach my goal within these 3 or 4 months =)
Please help me out if im doing something wrong that i shouldn't, thanks =P
Oh and some days, when my mom gets off work, I will go bike ride with her for about an hour or 2 after lunch.

...okay update: im now 5'5.5 i've grown 2 inches in 2 months is that good? and that's not from this routine, because most of that time was during school. I've auctually started this a little bit since last sunday and have already grown .5 inches. =)
