Just jump.
How does jumping help people grow taller? I just know that its better than some of the leg lengthening exercises.
Current Height: 5' 10" (177.8 cm) Goal Height: 6' 2"-6' 7" (188 cm-205.7 cm) Weight: 175.9 lbs (79.8 kg) Gender: Male Age: 18 |

I don't think jumping make you grow. Its not very effective. Is there anybody have grown an inch by jumping?
Leg length is increase only during puberty. Growth plates are fused together after passing the puberty. That's what I know. What do you think? Current Height : 6'1'' Age : 16 Goal Height : 6'2" *stop stretching already Don't want goal height comes too fast.

High jumps is great exercise for growing taller , why do you think basketball is so recommended for height gainers.It stimulates spine to grow longer , thought not sure if it works if growth plates are fused + it's pretty decent cardio

i'm not really sure
since maybe it can stretch your spine by jumping or as some people say that the GH you will produce because of the exercise is what will might make you taller but if i were you i'll do high intensity of jumping robe sessions or play basketball too rather then just doing some jumps Current Height:5'6 Goal Height:5'11 Dream Height:6'2 Gender:Male Age:17[/i] |

You can lenght your legs after puberty with ankle weights and making microfractures which fill up when you sleep.It hurts like a bitch but it's worth it.Myself have never tried it. I thought microfractures make your bone thicker once they heal, not lenghthen them. BTW sorry to break your bubble

I'm a little skeptic about ankle weights lol. But as far as the jumping is concerned, I do think it works.

Seriously, I have never heard people can gain height after puberty by jumping.
