I've never heard of this routine before and I think the vomiting isn't related to any of this. Actually, how much did you eat? Current Height: 5' 10" (177.8 cm) Goal Height: 6' 2"-6' 7" (188 cm-205.7 cm) Weight: 175.9 lbs (79.8 kg) Gender: Male Age: 18 |

Ahh, I remember I was doing the lumbar stretch too and as I was nearing my last rep of 100 (lol 5 reps of 100) I got pretty dizzy. I guess constantly doing this stretch can make you a little woozy from time to time. But, then i realized I wasn't maintaining my breathing properly. So just make sure to inhale when sitting up and exhale when stretching forward. Remember to keep your neck down at all times, and your knees slightly bent out to the side. Btw, are you going by, Foster's story or Alexei's story? |

And between the two stories, I picked Foster's routine, as it involves much more than just stretching, you get to bike as well. With Alexei's Routine, you have to religiously keep up with the lumbar stretching, and i can easily see that interfering with my life. So going by foster's routine I stretched in the morning for 1 hour and did intense cycling for another hour before bed. But, as of now, I'm putting the lumbar routine on hold on doing the shinbone routine, since I see that more people have better success with that. |
