Squats, deadlifts, bench presses, military presses, compound movements. Nothing specific though - scientists need more time to evaluate it.

As willhu stated it's going to be the compounds that benefit your body the most. Exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench, military, cleans, jerks, pullups, bent over rows, etc will all benefit you greatly.

cycling and h.i sprints

what about if you work ur abs? does that stop you from growing ?
