My experience with cycling so far

I've been cycling for the past 3 days. My routine has been:
MORNING: -glucosamine -Multivitamin -fish oil AFTERNOON - Bike 11 miles, raised seat -glucosamine -protein shake Night -glucosamine -450 mg L-Dopa So far I've lost a quarter of an inch, hehe. Kinda bummed, but more confused. Any opinions are much appreciated

Had you considered splitting it into two? 5.5 miles sprint? once in the morning and one in the afternoon? make you get good quality rest... I had my bouts of running when I thought I became shorter too, and i attributed it to the compressed joints in my knees. hope it helps. |

Don't take L-Dopa at bedtime! You will develop insomnia!

I lifted prior to cycling, that may have compressed my spine a little

mr. spicoli, jw, any specific reason for fish oil in the morning?
i've been taking one in morning and one at night, but i think im gonna start cutting back to one a day due to personal concerns. i havent decided on morning or night yet. |
