Questions about stretching.
So is it more effective if you stretch as soon as you wake up in the morning ? rather than waiting for another hour before doing your usual stretching routine ? ex:
Wake up at 7am, while still on the bed, you do your usual yawning stretch. you get up, and then walk around the house, get something drink. maybe sit down and watch t.v for a bit. and then around 8am, start your stretching routine. or As soon as you get up, you do your stretching routine right away, it could be 10 or 15 stretching exercises. Now, I know some of you dont believe that stretching doesnt work to help you grow taller. I dont either, stretching itself wont work. unless you combine it with an intense workout and exercise routine. Im just asking which is more effective to do? thanks to those who will reply. Well after reading the one grow taller forever routine, it states that stretching straight in the morning before doing anything is best, along with right before bed. So just stick to those, and workout during the day.

Hmmm, stretching should be made as part of your workout.

I would suggust stretching in the morning and before bed time,now i usually stretch before workout and after i warm up with some cardio

It doesn't really matter when you do your stretches just as long as they are consistent and done daily. I do my stretches right before my workout every morning, but if you don't work out pick a time where you can do it every day. If you have a hectic schedule, than commit yourself to doing 20 minutes daily....and most important to increasing your height is consistency. No, not before. Stretching before a workout inhibits muscle strength and force production. Try dynamic stretching (look it up).
