Quick question about ankle weights
Greetings everyone, I am 22 years old and I believe I've stopped my growing. I began doing the grow taller forever stretches and want to add in some ankle weight exercises and would greatly appreciate it if you guys can explain to me some exercises with ankle weights and also when sleeping with ankle weights, would I sleep like position 1 with knee out more and position 2 with the knees right over the edge of bed? Also were would I place pillow?

do rasied seat cycling with ankle weights then go right to bed in postition 2 witht eh ankle weights on, put the pillow somewhere where its comfertable. dont walk around cuz that will crush the newly formed cartilage in the knees. take protein shakes and glousacose or w.e that shit is for cartilage build.

18 or above i think, its not good to do while ur shins are still growing.

Starting Height: 172cm (5'7.75) - Night Time Current Height: 175cm (5'9) - Night Time Goal: 178cm (5'10) - Night Time by 31st September 2010 |
