HI guys, u all are an inspiration 
I haven't grown after 1 month of Stretching and work-outing.
But okay, I'm a totally lazy person so Now I'm kinda gonna be determined(I hope)
Anyways I just need to know
Whether I should Stretch before working out? Or Work out THEN stretch?
Because What I've been doing is Stretch before.. Cause its kinda natural, cause u stretch before doing anything physical exercise,
But then I heard stretching out AFTER working out takes the advantage of the GH built up from working out, I try my best to built up GH while sprinting on my stationary bike and doing leg extensions and leg curls.
1 last question: Should I like do Lat Pulldowns.. TOO MUCH confusion about it stunting my growth..
I'm 16 btw, 165cm now, Wanna be 176(Sounds nice, and I'm SUPER vain) so yeah.
