Thoughts on kicking with ankle weights...
Going through this forum, I've noticed that many people do not incorporate kicking as one of their workouts. Is it just that it's not as effective as seat elevated cycling for leg lengthening? I do 260 kicks in the morning and 260 kicks at night - I hope I'm not wasting my time, kicking myself to nowhere.

Kicking is for flexiblity and/or strength purposes, nothing to do with height.

kickin with ankle weights will stretch knee cartilage out equalin longer legs.

moms height 5-7
dads height 6-0

goal - 6.0
reach is 6-3 same as my dads
Dream height- not really interested in dreamin!

So in short kicking does work ? and increase the height of your legs ? or shins ?

in your knees for sure... search shinebone routine its a little different not sure if it actully works some people swear by it. but kicking and raised seat cycling with ankle weights and sleeping with the ankle weights, after u kick and cycle is a good way to gain an inch, ive been doing this and i think it works. true fact pitchers throwin arm in 1-3 inches longer then the left, from throwing fast balls thats the joint stretching, same goes for the knee joint.
