RE: Weight Lifting for height
Yea, I did get the Height on IMDB. It's hard to know what's real and what isn't. I can believe that Will Smith is 6'0. He just looks a lot taller than most other people and there are a lot of people that are 6'0 or within an inch or two. He does wear a lot of boots though. Also Nelly is really short, I'll admit that.
Here is 6'3'' Terrell Owens with a wannabe 6'2'' Will Smith.

Terrell is definitely at least an inch taller than Will. However, I have checked a lot of celebrity height websites and they all list Will Smith as 6'2. Let's just say 6'1 or 6'0 for him now.

Pumpin iron won't affect your growth. It'll increase growth for sure.
but please! oh please! do NOT get a barbell and put 5 pound weights on it and rep it 30 million times!
go BIG! or GTFO!

i totally agree! There's a difference between red muscle fibres and white muscle fibers, depending on the kind of biochemical reactions that take place when using them. Red muscle fibers use aerobic interactions to give energy, white muscle fibers use glycolytic interactions. The latter gives more energy, but gets tired faster. Using this kind of muscle produces more HGH (it's an anaerobic process, so usually you hold your breath when using the muscle eg sprinting) SO get a barbell with 30+ pound weights to begin with, and rep it only 10 times. It's the quickest way to get a ripped look, and to grow to your desired height.
height 6'3

If all those celebrity websites listed Tom Cruise at 6' would you believe them also? Most of those celebrity websites are either wrong or they are the heights of them with shoes on.

RE: Weight Lifting for height
I don't really fancy the idea of weightlifting, as far as I remember, most avid weightlifters get some serious growth stunt.
I think I'll stick with the traditional stretchings instead.
