What tend to be the most effective excercises for growth?
I'm hoping to reach another 5-6 inches in the long run.
So far I've got doing squats and jumping high. I hear cycling is useful as well? Starting Height: 5'7 3/4 Current Goal 6' Ultimate Aim: 6'2" |

Current Height : 6'1'' Age : 16 Goal Height : 6'2" *stop stretching already Don't want goal height comes too fast.

how many should you do if these? like how many reps and sets?

You get a far better benefit on the skeleton WITH weights.

Squats are quite useful I think I used to do that and you feel your legs being stronger
But you really have to lunge down and feel your hamstrings and butt muscles toensure that it works |
