You probably Heard this before.
But I still wanna ask if an 18 year old male, can still do something, grow either his legs, shins or spine? if so, which one is more effective, or easier to work on it?
next is, last year, March (2009) i started this height routine exercises. i was only 17 yearls old, 5'2 ( 62 inches ) in height. i lasted for that routine for about 3 months so i ended it around june 2009. didnt bother to measure myself after i stopped, i guess i got kinda lazy. then i resume to my routine, last year november 2009. up to the present which is feb 2010, which is almost 2 months again, i measured myself a week ago. at my school. it turned out that im 5'3 ( 63 3/8 inches ) so i was suprise, i dont know if it was coz of my routine? or my growth plates are fused? or still open? but i was really suprise? although my growing was slow. Now my question if anyone can answer this, if ever you do your routine, do you see the changes after 3 months? or it will just accumulate all your hardwork, and then you'll wake up one morning in 6 months, and you gained, maybe 1 or 2 full inches? coz when i started my routine last year, i ddint measure myself after that, so i dont know if i did gain height from last year, or from this years routine .. what do you guys think ? like wat do u mean by bit by bit? like half inch in every 2 mos ?

I can't specified..
I measure myself once per to weeks. Last time I measure in evening I stand 184cm. But, if you want to really know how tall are you. Ask your taller friend to guess. If I walk normally, not really flexing my body I stand around 182-183cm. mostly 183cm, he say. |

well,
they couple of my friends notice that i got taller. just 2 of em, im just wondering if that really happens. like if youve been working so hard, and ur not seeing results. then one morning, you just woke up and gained, 2 inch of height. like lets say you accumulated it from your 4month hard work. idk if someone can support that? I dont really know I'm just like you markieboy only that I get lazy after a week of non stop routines I don't know I just lose confidence and get depressed..
But I need to do it again Have you heard about cheriffer? And anong routine ang ginagawa mo? pm me let's talk about it and research I think we're both on the same page! |

yea dude. im using cherifer too! i used it before. i dont really know if that stuff work tho. but i know some people said it does work. maybe it works if your in ur early teens, like 12-14? but other than that. idk. but i still use em. like i drink maybe 1 or 2 per day ..
