am I done growing?
Im female 18, im only 4'11 exactly anyone think I will get to 5'0?? (pitiful I know)
age: 18 Sex: Female
Starting Height: 4'11
Current Height: 5'0
Short Term Goal: 5'0
Long term Goal: 5'0
Dream Height: 5'3(that will never happen though)
Mom's height: 5'5
Dad's height: 5'4

even if you are done growing, you still can get 1 inch easily, like I've mentioned before.

As a female at age 18, 1 inch is definitely possible.

Goal Height: 5'10/5'11
Parents's Height : 5'8 Dad and 5'2 Mom.

I believe that if you stretch regularly and intensely, you can grow that one inch. even if you didn't really "grow", stretching improves your posture so it will make you look at least an inch taller! good luck!
