No, it is basically their genetics. Thought anyone can be taller with mind power. So genetics can't stop you, but it is the major reason for the entire population. Raising the seat doesn't matter, it is the intensity.

I've been wondering about this for a long time. I think I'm going to try every way of possible height growth through cycling!
I'll report back.

Rolf, can't afford a bike, mountain bikes from were i like went down from 200 - $70, so i got my self one of them. But i didn't raise the seat because when I'm trying to get off the bike, i lose control since I'm so small.

Yes. I am using the stationary bike! Raise it to level 8 and do a intensity of 10. Perfect

Okay! I'm going to buy a stationary bike in a few weeks. I'm going to try it for as long as it takes.
On freewebs it says the stretches can give you 2-5 inches and the biking with a raised seat can give you upto 4 inches. Combined that's a WHOLE lot of height. Obv, 9 inches is insane, but you never know. I don't care what anyone says, I'm gonna keep going until I get at least 5 inches, even then I'll see what more I can do.
I will get there for sure.
I'll show you. With picture proof too.
I'll be back in a few months to report any progress I may have. I can't wait until people are shocked to see I've grown so much. They've always shattered my hopes by saying it's impossible and I'm not gonna grow anymore. Well aren't they gonna get a shock.
Good luck to everyone. See you in a few months.
