growing pains
Hey all,
I wanted to know what growing pain feels like... that way, i'll know when i'm growing.
Just yesterday, my hip was really bothering me and i didn't if it was growing or not. Yesterday, the feeling was an on-and-off tingling sensation
i don't know if that's it.
please, if anybody here remembers what growing pains feel like or are having growing pains b/c they're in a growth spurt right now, pls tell me

Age: 14.75 Race: Asian
Current height: 5"7.75' in morning and 5"7.25' by afternoon
Goal height: 6" 1'
Dream height: 6"3' and taller(SOOOO UNREALISTIC, but just putting it out there)
Mom height: 5"3'
Dad height: 5"8
Grandpa and mom's brother: 5"10' (don't know if that will affect my height?)

I have soreness at the bottom of my kneecap for more than a year now, I've grown 15 cm since I had the pain so I guess its growing pains. The pain is generally feels sore, I feel especially worse after sports activities.
I will no longer post here anymore in protest of the lack of moderator and I urge all of you to do the same.

the best way to notice height increase is height increase itself, unless you are actually growing, they aren't growing pain.

I think i mite be growing taller :O, because every time i run i get a tummy pain, i have a quite little chubby tummy, like does African kids, i was wondering if i lost it, it will make my body straight and give me a few inches,

I always thought it hurts mostly at random times and it mostly throbs gently. It's been a while since I've grown much so I don't remember well.
Age: 16 (Born May 1992)
Starting Height: 5' 5" (August 10, 2008)
