Can someone help me out with a question? I'm on stage 2 of http://gettallerforfree.googlepages.com/main.html
Am I suppose to do the stage 1 stretches twice a day with stage 2 twice a day? I have read the site a few times and it doesn't really give a clear answer on this.
basically what are the concepts of stage 2?
is it like
A) Stage 2 - 2 Stage 1 stretches, 1 Stage 2 Stretches
B) Stage 2 - 2 Stage 1 stretches, 2 Stage 2 Stretches
C) Stage 2 - 1 Stage 1 stretches, 1 Stage 2 Stretches

Im using that website too and im doing 2 stage 1 stretches (morning and night) and 1 stage 2 stretches in the evening(and thats only 5 of the given 15 stretches a day(as they have mentioned on the website))
*stopped stretching for now for personal reasons*

Starting height:170.5cm(10 aug 2008)
Current height:171cm
Goal:175-180cm by end of summer 2009!(anything in that range is great for me)
Dad's height:181cm(about)
Mother's height:153(about)
Dream height:185cm

u do stage 1 and stage 2 exercises but only 5 out of 15 exercises each day twice a day. then on stage 3 u do only stage 3. im on my 3 week of stage 2. i begin stage 3 8/31/08 and i have seen no improvememnt im 166cm and still 166cm after 3 weeks. remember to STRETCH TO THE POINT WHERE U FEEL YOUR SPINES ARE RIPPING OUT. this releases hgh and pulls your spine so ur disk get bigger.

Stage II exercises should be performed once a day with any 5 exercises. Throughout the process, make sure you really STRETCH, It will be tough to do but it will be all worth it in the end.
Note : Don't overstretch, otherwise, you end up like me, needing to rest off for a week just because I am unable to exercise.

lol i stopped stretching and started focusing on just working out and exercising but i think ima start stretching again, I grew a 1/2 inch or a bit more in about 2 weeks? i dunno i think its because i was just growing at the moment thanks for replying.

do you mean that you should do Stage I exercises with 5 stage II exercises? also i do stage 1 & 2 three times a day. once in morning, afternoon and night. there it says to do it twice, once in morning and night so i dont think its once a day. not sure tho

what i did/do:
All "Stage 1" exercises for 7 days, morning and night
All "Stage 1" exercises + five "Stage 2" exercises, morning, afternoon and night. And i change the five "Stage 2" exercises, to the next five listed there, the next day. And i repeat, changing the five "Stage 2" exercises each day.
isn't that what you're meant to do? O.O
Edit: on program, it says to do morning and night. but i do afternoon for faster/better results

Lets see, we break down the routine.
First Phase : 7 days of preliminary exercises, twice a day, Morning and night.
Second Phase : 14 days of preliminary exercises, twice a day, Morning and night + 5 out of 15 Stage II exercises ONCE a day to avoid over exerting for 21 days. After 14 days of preliminary exercises + Stage II exercises. You should be left with 7 days of Stage II exercises ONLY.
Age: 17
Current Height: 5'8
Goal Height: 5'10/5'11
Parents's Height : 5'8 Dad and 5'2 Mom.
