you either do 8 70 yard sprints running or 8 30 second sprints on a bike. Either one is very very difficult if your SPRINTING so don't slack off no pain no gain. ive only gotten to 7 sprints its not easy.

If doing this really increases hgh by 530% then shouldn't there be a visible growth after like 3 weeks in case that the growth plates are open?
