RE: increase upper body length?

good posture is the best way to stretch your upper body, swimming and spine stretches would also help. yes it is true that the difference in upper body length isn't as great as leg length in men. How old are you?

Cycling/Sprinting/Hanging helps the legs.
Swimming/Hanging and upward stretches helps the spines.

A combination of these would make one a tall person Big Grin Well, literally ... Cool

it also true that your upper body is the last to grow during puberty, it all depend on what stage of puberty you are in.

RE: increase upper body length?

I'd estimate there is still an inch or two of spine growth left, but thats just an estimate, there is way too many factors to consider.
