Cow's milk has been linked to breast cancer and osteoporosis. Why?
First, cow's milk are meant to be consumed by baby cows just like human drink their mother's milk until they are ready to eat on their own. Humans drinking cow's milk is just simply unnatural.
Second, factories inject stuff in cows. i believe it's called rbst . It's what makes girls menstrating at age 8. This chemcial can be harmful to humans and it may be what increases risk of cancer if you consume milk.

if you must drink milk, try organic.

Milk does not cause cancer unless you probably drink more than 6 cups. The relation of milk with cancer is that: cancer cells require estrogen, and milk increases estrogen levels in the body. Also to much milk in old age causes calcium fermentation on bones. So milk doesn't cause cancer, but it may help worsen it. So it's a helper, not a causer.

Milk? Cancer? Sometimes by reading all these medical "discoveries" I get a feeling that everything couses cancer.

I bet if you search "*insert food name here* cause cancer" on google, you'll get proof for every one of them.
