Do you know if your knees have to hurt in order to grow? Please comment.

RE: running daily
Running is one of the best exercises to increase height. If you run very fast for long times it will increase HGH(Human Growth Hormone). You need to get the wheezing feeling so you know you have exercised intensely. Just don't eat two hours before bed and two hours after exercise. But drink water. You can also take glutamine/protein two hours before exercising or just eat cabbage.
Thought start out by running 5 minutes and jogging 10 minutes for the first week. Later keep increasing both time by 5 minutes. Like sprinting 10 minutes the second week and jogging 15 minutes. Keep increasing 5 minutes to sprinting and jogging each week.

RE: running daily
ive been running for quite some time now and the front of my shins are in pain. But the strange thing is that both my shins ache and that too in the sme place. Any thing to do with growth or just due to running?????
Well I think it might just be shin pain from running. Because I got it when I start exercising after a long time. Though you'll get used to it.

RE: running daily
It's not to do with growth it's just because you probably did not stretch before and after your run..so next time remember to stretch your legs and have a warm up.

RE: running daily
i read in an e book that it is neccessary to eat straight after running/exercising along with consuming protein (preferably in the form of a protein shake). SO anyone no the real answer to whether or not to eat straight after exercising????

RE: running daily
not like 1 minute after you're done running...but like maybe 30 minues after you're finished. If you eat immediately, you'll have a really bad stomachache.
From personal experience...
