running daily

is running evry day for 10-15min a good way to grow cuz i heard running can stunt growth or something and i run everyday

No where did you hear that running stunts growth? any form of excersise promotes growth..so run as much as you like.

Yeah dont put a limit on your running because you think it will stunt your growth.

ive been running for quite some time now and the front of my shins are in pain. But the strange thing is that both my shins ache and that too in the sme place. Any thing to do with growth or just due to running?????

Well if you're not used to running then don't over do it, that's probably why you're shins are hurting so slow it down a bit.

You must not be used to running, make it your routine for everyday, and your shins will shut the fuck up and stop pissing you off. Big Grin simple
