Should I do those "Sprint 8" excercises everyday or every other day?

Age: 14.75 Race: Asian
Current height: 5"7.75' in morning and 5"7.25' by afternoon
Goal height: 6" 1'
Dream height: 6"3' and taller(SOOOO UNREALISTIC, but just putting it out there)
Mom height: 5"3'
Dad height: 5"8
Grandpa and mom's brother: 5"10' (don't know if that will affect my height?)
Should I do those "Sprint 8" excercises everyday or every other day?

Ima try to do it everyday maybe 2 or 3 times a day depends on whatever I can handle, I did it yesterday but didn't do it to day because my body was aching alot. Decide for yourself unless someone that knows whats good for you says something.
